These projects are designed to actively involve you in the construction of biological science knowledge, not solely to provide you with a source of extra credit points. It is hoped that you will retain more information longer and develop a more meaningful understanding of the relevance of biology to your personal experience.

You will have an opportunity to read and learn about topics or issues in biology from a variety of sources ranging from newspapers, popular magazines, scientific journals, books, the world wide web, and even television programs.

You may write summaries and critiques, prepare quizzes, construct web pages, or create a piece of art to communicate the ideas you have learned to your fellow students.

Biology Related Book Report Extra Credit
